Il Salone del Mobile in Milano
The Royal Academy of Art (KABK) presents itself for the fourth time in a row during the international furniture fair Il Salone Internazionale del Mobile in Milan. Students and alumni of the KABK show the results of their artistic research during the exhibition from April 12th till April 17th 2011. Central theme of the exhibition is 'Nano and Giga'.
The presentation of the Royal Academy of Art is situated in the heart of Salone Internazionale del Mobile, in Studio Iroko, Via Voghera 11b in Zona Tortona. The exhibition of the Academy is opened from Tuesday the 12th of April till Sunday the 17th of April.
This year, works by students and alumni of the Academy demonstrate the connection between the human scale and both the extremely large and extremely small.
The presentation by the KABK consists of furniture, installations, performances, products and video presentations by fifteen students and alumni. Check 'exhibition' for more information about the different projects.
